Silver PRO grows out of many years of experience in designing blow-moulding machines, production moulds and complete EBM processes.
Our team is made up of designers, engineers, programmers and technologists who understand every stage of how a product comes to be – from machine and mould design, through the choice of materials and process parameters, to inspection of the finished item.
We decided to put that knowledge into creating Silver PRO. We believe that even a product as seemingly simple as a ball-pit ball can be designed better – through technology, experience and conscious engineering decisions.
We didn’t buy the technology to make balls. We’ve been designing it ourselves for years.
We weren’t looking for a product. We were looking for a place where engineering really makes a difference.
For many years we designed EBM machines, production moulds and complete technological processes for the plastics industry.
We got to know the process from the ground up – from the first design sketch, through mould design, material and process parameter selection, to commissioning finished production lines.
Over time, we asked ourselves one question.
Could this knowledge be used to create a better product for the playground industry?
That is how Silver PRO was born – a brand built from day one on engineering, experience and deliberate design, not chance.
